Applicant Privacy Notice

Healthy Express LLC collects the information you voluntarily submit in our driver application, such as your name, contact details, service area, vehicle information, and experience, to review potential independent courier opportunities and contact you about them.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver's license images, insurance documents, banking information, or other sensitive records in the application or free-text fields.

We do not intend to sell applicant information. We may use submitted information for recruitment and operational communications and retain it as reasonably needed for application review. To ask about your submitted information or request its deletion, email healthyexpressllc@outlook.com.

Submitting a form does not create an employment or contracting relationship. Opportunities are subject to review and written agreements.
